Meaning of flujo sanguíneo

JOHN

flujo sanguíneo
  19

BLOOD FLOW is a measure of flow, that is, of blood volume in a unit of time. The unit of time is the minute and the volume corresponds to the amount of blood ejected from the heart into the aorta artery, the expenditure of which is called Q, as is traditional in fluid mechanics, and is expressed in ml per minute, or l per minute. It is the result of multiplying the stroke volume of each beat (approximately 60 ml) by the heart rate (about 75 beats/min at rest).
